MINI CHOCOLATE CANNOLI

Ingredients:

  • 113g GODIVA Dark Chocolate, coarsely chopped and divided
  • 425g whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 30g powdered sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 12 mini cannoli shells
  • 60g pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Melt 142g Godiva Chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave on half power for 1 minute until fully melted. Cool slightly.

  2. Place the ricotta cheese, orange zest, sugar, spices, and salt in the bowl of a food processor and blend for 15-30 seconds.

  3. Add the melted chocolate and blend until fully mixed, about 1 minute.

  4. Fill a piping bag or a small plastic bag with a cut corner with the mixture.

  5. Meanwhile, melt the remaining 28g chocolate with vegetable oil, stirring until smooth.

  6. One at a time, dip each end of the cannoli into the chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios.

  7. Fill each end of the cannoli just into the middle of the shell.
